Had some issues with my truck they got it right in to look at it. While waiting I was wandering around the lot and found a truck that caught my attention. I have given my business to Mr. Bobo, sales rep, for many years. He does an outstanding job in finding what I'm looking for and the price range I'm looking in. He also let management know what I will or will years. He does an outstanding job in finding what I'm looking for and the price range I'm looking in. He also let management know what I will or will not accept on my trade in. He was very patient in showing me the features of my new 2021 Ford Escape and how to get set up with Ford Pass as well. I also told him how displeased I was on my last purchase with the finance department submitting my application to several financial institutes and how it caused my credit history to take a hit. This time I made it clear that I was only dealing with Ford Motor Credit and didn't want any other company to receive a request. I'm pleased to say they listened this time. More
