I'll never forget...it was Sunday 11/3/24 and I contacted my salesman Charles Catania to let him know what happened. 30 minutes later Charles called me back and told me that he contacted BMW and they offered me an exception to rebuild my truck. In just under a month my new truck was at the dealership ready for me to pick it up. If that isn't what customer service is truly about then I don't know what is.
