Jeff had a great personality, humorous yet sincere. He didn't waste our time and knows how to read a customer. Upon finalizing with Jeff; Ian came over after agreeing on a deal and introduced himself. He was probably the most down to Earth Manager I have ever had the pleasure to complete a deal with. He was very professional yet had this warm genuine demeanor that you rarely see when going into a dealership. Finance experience was the norm. I am extremely happy with the overall experience. More

From the time we walked into Wilde Toyota to the time we walked out of the dealership, we were treated with excellent care. Our salesperson, Rachel made every effort to find the car we were hoping to buy, walked out of the dealership, we were treated with excellent care. Our salesperson, Rachel made every effort to find the car we were hoping to buy, with particular attention to the our specific requirements. When we came to pick up our car, she took time to go out and explain the navigation/bluetooth systems on it. She even sent us video tutorials on some of the features. Charles, assisted us in titling the vehicle in our trust and providing the paperwork to do so. Even though we have two Toyota dealers closer to us, these two individuals have made Wilde our dealer of choice. This was, by far, the easiest auto purchase we've ever made. More

This is our 3rd lease from this dealership, and it was a great experience, again. Jordan greeted us at the door, and we were his only focus throughout the course of the transaction. We've had other experiences where the sales person was working with multiple people at the same time and it took all day, and added frustration. NOT the case here, Jordan devoted his attention to us the entire time. Ian, the manager, came out to talk to us and recognized that we were repeat customers. He thanked us for our return patronage. After deciding on our new truck, we worked with Charlie in finance. He got us within the range we wanted, with coverage that we needed. At no point through this process did we feel pressured to choose a vehicle or finance plan that was beyond our budget. And at the end of the night, even beyond his working hours, Jordan stayed to make sure that we were all tech-hooked up and familiar with the new features. There is a reason we keep coming back, and we plan to continue to do so! Thank you Wilde Toyota! More
