Jim Naus isn't like most stereotypical car dealers. We met Jim and told him we were curious about the Subaru Outback features for 2022. We had somewhat of an advantage since we bought a 2016 Outback (at this dealership) and had some idea of what to expect. Jim answered all of our questions (some with appropriate humor) and put us at ease very quickly. During the times we spent at Sommer's, we were immediately satisfied in all aspects of our visits.
