Working with Charlie at BMW Allentown was the best interaction I have had a car dealer in my lifetime. It was refreshing that they did everything agreed upon, let me know the status of the work order interaction I have had a car dealer in my lifetime. It was refreshing that they did everything agreed upon, let me know the status of the work order as it progressed and offered a discount for getting everything done at once. As a 40 year veteran of the truck and auto industry, I’ve seen my fair share of dealerships and this one has their act together. Kudos to Web and Charlie, they run a solid service department. I recommend them. More

While the facility is nice and the service is professional, I still don’t recommend this dealership. Simple services take hours to complete, unlike other BMW dealers in the greater area they char professional, I still don’t recommend this dealership. Simple services take hours to complete, unlike other BMW dealers in the greater area they charge $50 for a state inspection, that should be free if you purchased your vehicle here and maintain it. I prefer dealerships that stick to agreed service times and don’t try to squeeze every last penny out of you. More

3 Hours for state inspection, Emissions exempt, visual and gas cap. talk to manager of how car was, walked back and said mechanic must be writing it up. Update my insurance paper (5-10 minutes, told and gas cap. talk to manager of how car was, walked back and said mechanic must be writing it up. Update my insurance paper (5-10 minutes, told both service writer and manager -DO NOT WASH! Then service writer told me they were just finishing up washing it, I said no do not wash again and Charlie RAN out to stop them and he drove the car up and we finished paper work. Next time i'll have to get a loaner if they want my business! Frustrating to say the least. More
