Charlie from Daniel’s BMW was great when my x3 needed servicing. He kept me updated on the progress of the work. The only complaint I have length of time that it took to get an appointment; over two wee servicing. He kept me updated on the progress of the work. Reps were courteous and attentive. Little bit longer wait to talk to service rep as well as for the courtesy driver to take me to my place of employment.
