He had no problem taking us for 3 tests drives and letting us go home to think about the choices knowing all the information we needed. This was my first purchase with them but my father has bought 6 cars from them, I now know why he goes back. The whole team was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and were ready to answer all questions. Found the prices to be reasonable and i got myself into an even better car then the one i originally went for because it was within budget. I am now pimped up from the street up, thank you Garavel Jeep for the great experience! More

They issued a goodwill check immediately and I received it within a week. They worked hard to satisfy me (after posting a review) and I am thankful for their efforts. As a result, I have updated my rating accordingly. The original review is below. Mixed review, unfortunately. I had a good experience during the buying process, but we hit a snag that has me disappointed. This snag, along with the fact that they very sneakily added in a $189 charge for VIN etching that I didn't approve, has me hesitant to make another purchase from this dealership. The vehicle I purchased was advertised as a dual DVD system with two units and two screens, which allows my children in the 2nd row to watch a different movie than the children in the 3rd row. Unfortunately, on our trip home from the dealership, we discovered the lower DVD unit did not play and is not functioning. My local dealership quoted $700+labor to replace the unit. Obviously, we're not going to do that, but had I known the second unit didn't work, I would have negotiated that into my pricing. I asked the dealership to consider a token gesture of $200 and they have refused. It is disappointing, to say the least as I feel that's a reasonable request. In the end, I can say that my salesperson, "Wrangler Rob," was great and did everything I asked of him. The finance manager Carlos was pushy and awkward, but very knowledgeable. But, again, it's a bit shady how this played out and I would caution future buyers to be extraordinarily thorough with checking to make sure all features work as advertised prior to signing the dotted line. Lesson learned for me. More

Amazing experience due to key individuals Bambi was a great presence for the various times we entered and exited the facility, very helpful in getting us where and what we needed. Kevin wa Bambi was a great presence for the various times we entered and exited the facility, very helpful in getting us where and what we needed. Kevin was an amazing salesman for my fiance and I. He was helpful, responsive, attentive, fast working, flexible, patient, friendly and honest. He made the process of trading-in the old and purchasing the new car excellent. He made us feel like we could trust him & be honest with him. I appreciated that Kevin leveled the playing field with us and treated us as equals. He did not treat us like children but rather adults that were his equal, I had never experienced that with a car salesman before and appreciated it. By far, the best salesman I have ever had. Carlos was fantastic and helped us decide what option for financing and all other important decisions were best for us. He was honest with us and did not make use feel pressured in any way. He was extremely patient with us, went over multiple options with us and explained everything thoroughly. My fiance and I are very thankful to him for making our first joined finance decision together so easy. Mark was great and I appreciate his patience with my fiance and I. It took us about 2 weeks to finalize prices and my fiance constantly gave Mark a hard time. During the exchanges Mark never got inpatient or frustrated with us, he worked with us on pricing for the trade-in as well as the purchase of the new vehicle. I can honestly say that I got a great value for my new car and an excellent trade-in value for my old car. Thank you to Mark and the team for the excellent service. Charles was my least favorite individual encountered throughout the entire process. He made me feel like I was a child when and how he spoke to me, as if I knew very little. He questioned everything I asked or wanted to be a part of. A quick example is that I wanted to accompany him during the test drive of my vehicle. When he asked me why I needed to come, I answered saying that someone has to accompany me driving your vehicle's, why should I not do the same for my own? His answer was that it seemed a little monotonous. Based on the experiences I had with him I voiced to Kevin & Mark that I had little desire to deal or work with him and they honored my opinion. More
