He was thoroughly prepared after we discussed our needs and found us just what we were looking for. We got a great deal on our trade in from Charlie and great financing and an extended warranty through Jessica. The dealership was clean and well maintained and Rob couldn't have made the whole process more efficient. He knew everything about the car and took the time to set up the bluetooth phone connections and walk us through all the technology and safety features. He also completed the sales process in record time and delivered the car beautifully detailed with a full tank of gas. If you are looking to buy a car or truck without suffering through the usual car sale B.S. than I highly recommend Rob and Garavel CJDR. More

Immediately we knew we had come to the right place. Raymond welcomed us and made us feel like we were in good hands. As soon as we test drove the car, my girls were sold! Jessica made sure the paperwork went through as easily and quickly as possible, while Charles ironed out a few minor details that needed to be addressed. He also followed up with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. So happy with our overall experience. Wrangler Rob, Charlie, Jessica, the whole team, are all ‘aces’. For someone like me who doesn’t particularly look forward to car shopping/buying, they made the whole process go as smooth as could be. An example of how they’ll go above and beyond the call:. The previous owner of the Jeep I bought had held on to one of the key fobs. Not only did they track it down and get it overnighted to the dealership, but Wrangler Rob dropped it off in my mailbox at home when I couldn’t get in to the dealer to pick it up. That’s service! That’s great customer relations. Garavel is top notch. More

Thank You for a Fast No Pressure Trouble Free Transaction!!! I had been looking for a particular vehicle for a while and missed one at a local dealer. I found another at Garavel Chrysler Dodge Ram and after an h I had been looking for a particular vehicle for a while and missed one at a local dealer. I found another at Garavel Chrysler Dodge Ram and after an hour with "Big Renzo" and "Charles in Charge" we had a deal! Then thanks to Jessica "The Closer" for finding and negotiating a good deal with the financing and extended warranty that I wanted within the price i asked! Less than 3 days after the historic "Bomb Cyclone" and in less than an 2 hours in total I closed on a Mint 2017 Pro Master 2500!!! More
