He had us test driving the vehicle we wanted to see in 10 min - allowing us to drive the vehicle alone. Charles was very genuine, no pressure, and very knowledgeable. The negotiation was painless, transparent, and fun. Annapolis Hyundai didn't do any of the scummy add-on/mark up non-sense that's all too common at other dealerships. They did run me through several up-sell warranty options, a couple of which are a good deal, but were not pushy about buying additional warranties. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

I think once your car is in the shop, they do a fine job. The problem is the terrible communication about scheduling, when your part arrives, when the car is supposed to be done and all points in between. On-site customer service is good. Honestly, I avoid this place unless I am in desperation mode for a Hyundai specific part. There's absolutely no need to bring it here for oil changes, tires and basic maintenance. The communication is just not set up for any level of efficient operations whatsoever. More
