I received numerous emails - clearly through an algorithm - that did take into account I had already been in touch with him. When I sent him a question about car availability, his return email did not respond to my request. Working with the service department was equally frustrating - it was difficult to make appointments online - and when I went in person, I was chided for not making the appointment online. Future service appointments will be at a different hyundai dealership. More
