I went for a battery drain issue, requesting them to find the cause. They said the barely 2-year old battery is failing, recommending to put a new battery. No effort to find the drain root cause. I took it t the cause. They said the barely 2-year old battery is failing, recommending to put a new battery. No effort to find the drain root cause. I took it to an outside shop and they identified a connection to original Honda CD system, which was supposed to be disconnected, that continued to try to spin even when the car was not running, and draining the battery. They fixed it, saving me spending $170 down the drain (because the audio would have messed up a new battery as well) and the old battery continues to run like it was before. Now, it's difficult to trust the dealership to fix critical issues. More
