Superb Service!! Bought my first Lexus LX 10yrs ago. Took it to service with Charles Perkins, superb advisor & drove to car lot. Exceptional Car Buying Experience!!! I had heard good things about the service and car buying experience at West Side Lexus Houston, but I didn't realize how exceptional this family owned I had heard good things about the service and car buying experience at West Side Lexus Houston, but I didn't realize how exceptional this family owned dealership really was! First class staff, very clean service bay, polite and professional front line people, and a Super Cool, confident, and caring salesman by the name of Michael Gonzales who considers the customers needs first over his commission. My daughter and I was extremely impressed with Michael's humble demeanor, patience, knowledge, and ability to make the client feel you've been knowing him for years!. He got us exactly what we wanted at exactly the best price we wanted! Michael Gonzales is the salesman to ask for if you want the ultimate car buying experience. We closed the deal in a couple days and my daughter drove off in a beautiful Certified ES 350 Lexus! This guy is a 10+ as a salesman. Thanks Michael! ... Also I need to mention, Christian Davidson in Finance who was a pleasant delight to work with as well! I highly recommend West Side Lexus and if you do go to check them out, ask for Michael on the car buying side, you won't be disappointed and if you need superior car service, ask for Charles Perkins on the service side, a great service consultant. I don't like buying cars, because they cost too much, but I've bought two from Westside and loved the first one and hope so on the second.
