Lithia mechanics damaged my engines and try to cover it up as it was my fault. I came to facility with no issues with my jeep and left with an oil leak. Lucas was a condescending rude human trying to cov up as it was my fault. I came to facility with no issues with my jeep and left with an oil leak. Lucas was a condescending rude human trying to cover up ALL his mistakes. Bob stepped in and helped but it still costs me money to fix the problem Your mechanics created. Lucas should Be fired. Rudest customer service person I have ever worked with in my life. More

Oil change service was great. When I called for the appointment, I told the service writer that I had an issue with an intermittent left turn signal warning and that I could find When I called for the appointment, I told the service writer that I had an issue with an intermittent left turn signal warning and that I could find no lights not working. I told him I wanted it checked out and repaired. When my car was finished I was told there was no problems and no codes. He told me that they could not work on it as all the techs were booked. I would have to make an appointment and they were booked out for a couple weeks. I don’t live in the area. Not good!!! More
