Back at Lithia I have been taking my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Lithia since we moved to Reno in 2007. We recently gave the 2004 Jeep to our daughter and bought a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude in Fernley. We tried the service department at Reno Dodge once for a tire issue but were not happy so I called up Charlie Sebastian and got my new Jeep into Lithia for its first oil change and tire rotation. Charlie found me the best deal on a two year service package with the option for a lifetime package (which was actually part of my original purchase agreement). I also noticed a sensor on my windshield that had appeared to have come loose. Upon investigation, the sensor was supposed to be permanently bracketed to the windshield and the only way to properly repair it is to replace the windshield. Charlie ordered the windshield and helped navigate the political BS to get my windshield. I will be a faithful Lithia customer as long as I own my Jeep, which could be for the rest of my life. Thanks Charlie! More

He was very engaging and listened to my concerns and stated he would keep me informed as to the extent of services which might be needed to correct the mechanical issue. I must state he was true to his word. He called and communicated what needed to be done and how long it might take. With so many choices out there for service you are very lucky to have a service professional like Charlie in your service department because it will keep customers like me returning when vehicle service is needed.
