Don’t buy your car from this dealership. One way or another you’ll more than likely be overcharged, scammed, added services ect with out you even knowing it. If you do end up getting a car from here re another you’ll more than likely be overcharged, scammed, added services ect with out you even knowing it. If you do end up getting a car from here review every money line (my mistake) because there’s more than likely something there that doesn’t add it. I went to buy out my lease explaining my financial burden situation due to covid yet somehow a 2yr service plan for the amount of 4500$ was added with my knowledge or evening agreeing to it. My mistake was I trusted them and sign the paper work without properly reviewing it. My mistake I own that what I don’t own is being bamboozled out of 4500$ additionally. I have mechanical breakdown on my insurance policy so it’s definitely something I didn’t need. So buyer beware. Take your time and shop elsewhere. I’ll definitely be reaching out to corporate to file a complaint about the immoral business practices at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. More

had to have been the strangest dealership I have ever dealt with. They had me purchase the repair and order fee. When I went to the truck and found that it had a crack on the tail light. I have been trying for 2 weeks to work this out with them to have the tail light replaced. I am getting the run around between the sales person sending me right to Voicemail when I call and the Manager Stan who I call every time he is not in the office or he is not in right now and I will call you tomorrow. I have now gone to Chrysler Corp and now I have filed a complaint with the bank and the truck will not pass inspection now because of this crack on the tail light. I hope to get this resolved soon but this is not looking good. They told me it was going to be fixed quickly and now I am going on 3 weeks waiting for this to be finished More
