Service on 2013 GMC Terrain I had an issue with my 2013 Terrain. He was professsional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I feel like he has my best interests in mind. Highly recommend service dept Thanks to Charles for going the extra mile (1 1/2hrs on the phone with our extended warranty service)...and for making sure everything was fixed in a Thanks to Charles for going the extra mile (1 1/2hrs on the phone with our extended warranty service)...and for making sure everything was fixed in a timely manner. Also, Eric, our mechanic, for coming outside to address and fix an issue. Y'all are the best!! Our 2nd time getting repairs here. We would definitely use again and recommend. This coming from a highly qualified mechanic husband who can't work on our vehicles anymore! Also, appreciate the military discount!!! More

The "check engine coolant" light My check engine coolant light came on in my 2006 xxx. I knew it was not time to service the car, but when I took it to the shop, Mr Charles Williams a My check engine coolant light came on in my 2006 xxx. I knew it was not time to service the car, but when I took it to the shop, Mr Charles Williams assured me the service department would do everything possible to find and fix the problem. When they finished with the car, they said they don't know why the light came on. They finished filling it up, but told me to bring it back if the light came back on. I thought I could put coolant in the car myself, but the service manual said take it in. Thanks to the Service department. More
