Master Service I was noticing some kind of a problem I haven’t fully identified I’ve got it into the service tech and he evaluated my explanation of the problem and I was noticing some kind of a problem I haven’t fully identified I’ve got it into the service tech and he evaluated my explanation of the problem and when his tech took it out he figured out what the problem was at that time the service guy was telling me this is going to take A while to fix so he was going to have to set me up with a loaner vehicle to get around until he could get mine back to me which he did in a timely manner and he actually got it fixed and back to me as promised on time working great More

Didn’t deliver when promised Dropped car off at 9:15 for a basic oil change and tire rotation service. Was told car would be ready by noon when I made the appointment. They didnt Dropped car off at 9:15 for a basic oil change and tire rotation service. Was told car would be ready by noon when I made the appointment. They didnt have it ready until 1:00. When I arrived at 1:00, it took another 15 min to get the car. Not a good first impression for service. Had higher expectations from Master. More

Slow leaking tire I brought my 2018 Yukon back in for a slow leaking passenger side front tire. Service rep got me in quickly, but couldn't find a problem. Next 3 mor I brought my 2018 Yukon back in for a slow leaking passenger side front tire. Service rep got me in quickly, but couldn't find a problem. Next 3 mornings my tire still would have 15lbs of air in the tire after filling it back up with air. Drove to Michigan and took it to a different dealer and they found a small hole in the tire. Problem solved! #125570 More
