I am always greeted in a courteous manner when I visit the service department and that is a nice gesture to the customers. A big THANK YOU to Mike Harper, Parts Manager who always chooses to order the best parts for my vehicles and provide top of the line advice on vehicle parts that are needed. A special Thank You to the certified mechanics that are highly trained employees and trusted to diagnose and repair my vehicles to my satisfaction. Lastly, to Aaron who was in charge of cleanup on my vehicles, both in for much service this past month that I should have been charged rent and storage fees, ha!, well done clean up on the vehicles sir! He then called me and advised against replacing the other three as he determined that there was plenty of wear left. Most other dealer service departments would have simply replaced them all. Dealership Excellence Mr. Lokey approached me asking if he could help in any way. I told him what I was looking for and he lead me to a vehicle which was exactly what I wan Mr. Lokey approached me asking if he could help in any way. I told him what I was looking for and he lead me to a vehicle which was exactly what I wanted a 2018 Sierra 1500 Denali truck. He obtained the keys and I took it for a test drive. When I returned I decided to purchase the vehicle. Mr. Lokey led me through the entire process and introduced me to the finance manager where we completed the transaction. Mr. Lokey was very knowledgeable of the vehicles he was showing, extremely professional and very personable. He escorted me through the entire transaction all the way up to me driving the vehicle off the lot. I told him that I would be returning soon to purchase another GMC Denali for my wife. I've been dealing with Master GMC for the past five (5) years. To date, I've never had an unpleasant experience. In my opinion they are second to none.
