I got a great price for a brand new, current year model; a price that no other dealership was offering. And even though it got pretty late in the day, Charley and Ryan stayed after hours to ensure I left with the car. Since it was also my first time buying a car, Charley was extremely helpful with guiding me through the process of insurance and other formalities. I highly recommend these guys. More

The certified used vehicle I purchased was not ready when I came buy to pick it up, which was disappointing. I am not sure about the credibility of the 182 point certification process after this experience. The driver seat was/is stained, a replaced wiper blade was not installed properly, and the windshield of my vehicle was badly scratched. Fortunately, my sales representative made certain my vehicle’s windshield was replaced at the dealer’s expense. Someone at the service department dropped the ball checking this car. This drop has me a bit uncertain about the overall credibility of the Honda certification process. More

The rest is history! There was absolutely no pressure from Charley Lawrence. He listened carefully and answered my questions. Furthermore, Charley was very patient and had a wonderful sense of humor. I test drove a new CR-V, returned the following day to make the purchase, and drove back to Maine in my new Honda that evening. My experience with Dover Honda was exceptional. Exactly what I wanted I found the car I wanted on CarGurus. Dover Honda replied right away and scheduled a test drive. I loved the car right away and spoke about financing. I found the car I wanted on CarGurus. Dover Honda replied right away and scheduled a test drive. I loved the car right away and spoke about financing. I was able to leave that day without pressure to budget the financing. I was then able to call back the next day and put a deposit on the car over the phone to reserve it and schedule a signing and purchase later in the week. Once I was in there I was offered a great warranty package that was superior to anything I've seen. My experience here was better than the previous two Honda dealers I attempted to shop at. I look forward to driving this car for a long time and utilizing Honda Dover for maintenance. More
