After a couple of phone calls in the morning, I found myself at the dealership thrashing out a deal. I got a great price for a brand new, current year model; a price that no other dealership was offering. And even though it got pretty late in the day, Charley and Ryan stayed after hours to ensure I left with the car. Since it was also my first time buying a car, Charley was extremely helpful with guiding me through the process of insurance and other formalities. I highly recommend these guys. More

The certified used vehicle I purchased was not ready when I came buy to pick it up, which was disappointing. I am not sure about the credibility of the 182 point certification process after this experience. The driver seat was/is stained, a replaced wiper blade was not installed properly, and the windshield of my vehicle was badly scratched. Fortunately, my sales representative made certain my vehicle’s windshield was replaced at the dealer’s expense. Someone at the service department dropped the ball checking this car. This drop has me a bit uncertain about the overall credibility of the Honda certification process. More

"Professional and friendly dealership" I was visiting my daughter in Dover, and we were on our way to test drive a Toyota at a competitor's dealership when we decided to stop at Dover Honda I was visiting my daughter in Dover, and we were on our way to test drive a Toyota at a competitor's dealership when we decided to stop at Dover Honda just to look around. The rest is history! There was absolutely no pressure from Charley Lawrence. He listened carefully and answered my questions. Furthermore, Charley was very patient and had a wonderful sense of humor. I test drove a new CR-V, returned the following day to make the purchase, and drove back to Maine in my new Honda that evening. My experience with Dover Honda was exceptional.
