Charley went above and beyond for us! I was busy working as a bedside nurse during the pandemic, and needed a newer vehicle, STAT. Charley found the very specific model I was looking for, and in time for me as a bedside nurse during the pandemic, and needed a newer vehicle, STAT. Was in the market for a used Sienna limited premium. Was able to work with Charles with zero pressure and he is a genuine guy. Probably one of the friendliest salesmen I've met and, believe it or not, completely upfront and honest with numbers, etc.! The dealership offered a great deal and I accepted it right off. The rest of the process was even easier and for the first time ever, I felt like I was treated not only as an adult, but a valued customer! I have already recommended the dealership to some friends and I will definitely be a return customer! Seriously, the best car experience ever! More
