This is the second time we have come to the firm to purchase a vehicle. Charlie was knowledgeable, and thorough. He also was patient and made our son, a first time purchaser feel welcome. When it was time to complete the transaction this is when the experience changed. We had already dropped off the payment in full to the dealership a few days earlier so we were blindsided by the manner in which the finance manger interacted. Mr. John Butto made us feel as if we were lepers because we did not wish to purchase the other extended service options. Mr. Butto is certainly not an asset to Clinton Honda. Working with him ruined what could have been a pleasurable experience. More

I have been working with Clinton Honda for the past 11 years or so with leasing - as my recent lease was coming to an end I decided I was ready for so I have been working with Clinton Honda for the past 11 years or so with leasing - as my recent lease was coming to an end I decided I was ready for something different and choose to look at my options for some pre-owned vehicles to finance instead of another lease. I have worked with Charlie from the start of my Clinton Honda relationship way back when, and he has always been completely reliable, resourceful, pleasant to work with and above all ...trustworthy. I always felt and knew that I was making the right choice for me with the help and support of Charlie throughout every process I've experienced there (3 leases and now 1 purchase!). Yet again, I couldn't be happier with my decision and purchase, and yet again Charlie helped make it a super smooth transaction - so much so that I found myself saying "really? ...that's it!? ..that easy?!" ...and yes, it was - and a great testament that not everything has to be so hard and can actually be an enjoyable experience and that there still is great service out there!! and working with Ajay on the financials was a joy as well and again, made very simple and pleasant for the consumer.
