Salesman negotiable on price and knowledgeable of inventory and car features. Was initially taken aback by bank acquisition fee but manager helped take care of it. Relatively easy experience Bought a Rav 4 Hybrid here. Salespeople were very nice. The only issue was the body shop inflated their service costs.
