Charlie in finance gave the bank I financed the car through the wrong address. I repeatedly told him how important it was to not screw it up, yet it happened anyway. He won't return my calls at the dealership or his cell phone. I'm extremely pissed off with how this has been handled by Zack and Charlie. I'll never buy a car there again. More
