He was happy to answer all of my questions and he was knowledgeable about my car’s features. Alex Hernandez, finance manager, is also very easy to work with. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He does not put pressure on the buyer. He said more than once that he wants the buyer to have a pleasant experience at Mohawk Honda.
