I brought my car in to have the rubber around my back windows replaced and they replaced the wrong part of my car. The second time they broke the interior trim on both sides. I have to now return it a windows replaced and they replaced the wrong part of my car. The second time they broke the interior trim on both sides. I have to now return it a third time to get both interior trim pieces replaced. This is a huge inconvenience and I'm very disappointed in the care that has been taken (or lack thereof) with my car that I still owe $25,000 on. I would never recommend anyone bring their car here. More

Regal has always made me feel comfortable when doing business with them. Regal knows what customer service is all about. Greg has been amazing from the first new car I purchased in 2019 it is bc of him and his customer service that I became loyal to Regal. Working with Jeremy and others in service over the years, they have made it very easy, answered any questions I’ve had, they’ve always been helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a new car recently and worked with Cody and he was great as well! I cannot speak enough of the customer service. Cody worked around my schedule and thought texts and phone calls to get me into the car I want. They truly make purchasing a car so easy! More
