Regal has always made me feel comfortable when doing business with them. From sales, to service, to the body shop to the lot porters, anyone that I have come in contact with at Regal has always been fri business with them. From sales, to service, to the body shop to the lot porters, anyone that I have come in contact with at Regal has always been friendly and willing to help. Regal knows what customer service is all about. Greg has been amazing from the first new car I purchased in 2019 it is bc of him and his customer service that I became loyal to Regal. Working with Jeremy and others in service over the years, they have made it very easy, answered any questions I’ve had, they’ve always been helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a new car recently and worked with Cody and he was great as well! I cannot speak enough of the customer service. Cody worked around my schedule and thought texts and phone calls to get me into the car I want. They truly make purchasing a car so easy! More

Bought 2 new cars from Regal Kia and have had the cars I didn't buy from Regal serviced there. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Went in a couple months ago to check trade in value on 22 Sportage as didn't buy from Regal serviced there. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Went in a couple months ago to check trade in value on 22 Sportage as I was going to have some extra money in a month or so and decided to trade cars. Was doing fine with salesman untill Mathew from finance got involved by only offering me $13000 trade in on a car that lists for around $22000 at that time. Then I was told that if I wasn't buying a car that day I was wasting his time and mine. I felt insulted so I left. Eventually I purchased a new Hyundai Tucson from a different dealer. I went back to Regal to request a refund on maintenance plan and gap insurance. Was given the run around by the finance department again. It took me 4 trips to Regal to get the proper paperwork filed and left still not knowing if or how much I get refunded! After so many years of being a loyal customer I don't plan on ever stepping on Regal Kia property again! More
