Chelsea was very professional and timely with her responses. Once she knew there was a national back order on parts for my truck, she immediately helped me with a rental. She kept me up to date with responses. Once she knew there was a national back order on parts for my truck, she immediately helped me with a rental. She kept me up to date with the progress of my truck once the parts arrived and followed up on how my truck was doing a couple days after I picked it up. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. More

I had great customer service from Chelsea. As soon as i stepped into the building she knew exactly what I was there for and remembered me and got my car started super fast. Not only was she su As soon as i stepped into the building she knew exactly what I was there for and remembered me and got my car started super fast. Not only was she super quick and kind, we were going to wait inside but decided to go walk to get some food and Chelsea provided us with rides to and from the food place and my car was done when we got back. It was faster than my first experience and it was even raining! It was super thoughtful and kind of their part to provide us a ride during bad weather and great service by having my car done before we even got back! My visit was really great and I'm looking forward to my next one, thank you Chelsea!! More
