How do you take my car out of the bay and lose it for 20 mins and 3 people try and “find” it only for one to come back and say it’s being washed that I requested the wash when I never requested a wash the p mins and 3 people try and “find” it only for one to come back and say it’s being washed that I requested the wash when I never requested a wash the person that told me this was the same person who checked my car in and I had told them i scheduled the first appointment because i had somewhere to be. Then send me a text to apologize and ask for a 10 star rating. Every time i come here it’s always shady. I’d rather pay full price to avoid shady places. Won’t come back More

Multiple car buyer and have had almost all my services done here. HOWEVER, being 1st in line for a simple oil change and tire rotate that took 2 hours is pretty crazy.
