I delivered my vehicle at 8am and the service rep said the work would take 3 hrs. I didn’t get a call to pick up my vehicle until after 4pm. All this for a vehicle inspection and recall on the hood latch. They told me my inspections were free because I bought the vehicle there but then charged me for “labor”. I will not be taking my vehicle back there. It’s a shame because there was a pickup truck on the lot that I was interested in but why would I want to anchor myself to them and further? They made me feel like they purposely pushed my vehicle to the back of the line and then gave me half assed service, no thank you… More
