For the second time I had a minor body issue and just like the first time I was treated very well and there were no suprirses.. They took care of the issue same day and had me on my way. It is very hard to find a body shop you can trust but I think I've found one with Pride Hyundai. I also get my car regularly serviced there and the same thing, treated very well and no surprises. Working with Maggie was a Great pleasure after working with another rep who wouldn’t go over and beyond Maggie did just that and more, trust me you won’t get a more courtesy sale rep other than her, Charl with another rep who wouldn’t go over and beyond Maggie did just that and more, trust me you won’t get a more courtesy sale rep other than her, Charles and I as well as my daughter really appreciate her 3out of the 6 cars were sold by Maggi. Leased a 2021 Hyundai Kona in January 2021. In September of that year 2021 two baseball sized areas on the rear driver’s side hatch developed what appeared to be bubbling of paint. Called Pride In September of that year 2021 two baseball sized areas on the rear driver’s side hatch developed what appeared to be bubbling of paint. Called Pride of Seekonk and they took pictures sent it to Hyundai and I was notified they would cover the repair. It is now March 2022, the dealership has done nothing at their collision department always telling me they will contact me, and Customer Care assigned a Case # and spoke with Pride while I was on hold only to tell me in the end dealerships are independently owned, and under State Law they could not do any more for my situation, to contact their legal department with any further issues. Let me just say for the very reason involved with Customer Service and Hyundai’s inability within their Customer Care department I am counting the days and months until I am no longer involved with Pride and Hyundai in general - More
