Chester has made us a Subaru family now. Our first was a couple of years ago and now I decided to get one too. The last time a bought a car was more than a decade ago, so I appreciate how patient Chester w couple of years ago and now I decided to get one too. This isn't the kind of standoffish car buying I remember, with all the back and forth negotiating. It's just less stressful and more enjoyable when you just focus on a car that's right for you. I do believe that's what he does best. Everyone is always so polite, friendly, and never pushy. Be sure to ask for Courtnei, in finance, she is super fast and definitely a hoot! More

Respect = Communicate well, concisely and precisely, at all aspects; No wrangling or annoyances; No wasting of your time unnecessarily ; No games or manipulation. In my cursory investigation, Ferguson Subaru respects and supports their employees. Turnover is little, length of time as an employee is strong, which says everything about a company. Therefore, their policies and attributes filter down to receiving a great auto deal rather than a “volume only” approach, which abuses the customer. A shout out to Chester (sales) and Sue (finance): The Absolute Best. Chester Lohman was highly recommended to me by bro, a last year Subaru buyer. Let us just say I will not be verbally beating up bro at family events [LOL]. Chester held up excellently to all my precise questions over the months (had to order the auto). He is the best face for Ferguson. Thank you to Sue Sutka, an Aussie easy on the ears, for swerving when I decided at the last minute to utilized Subaru’s Big Event offers. In addition, they both laughed at all my subtle jokes. They are happy and delightful troupers. A secret: this was far from my first rodeo in car buying. Chester really LISTENED to what we wanted! worked very hard to stay as close as he could to what our want's and needs were, very friendly, we only later learned that our daughter knew him !
