Great Sales Experience I walked in with an E-class on mind, but I was also considering a C-class. My salesman Chevist Mitchell ran through all of the differences between th I walked in with an E-class on mind, but I was also considering a C-class. My salesman Chevist Mitchell ran through all of the differences between the models and I ended up getting the E-class after much deliberation. Chevist was very knowledgeable and patient. He made my fiancée and myself really comfortable with our experience and we were both pleased. I would absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring, and Chevist Mitchell is the primary reason. Amazing out of town experience I drove 2.5 hours to buy my dream CPO and the only time I could get there meant cutting it close to their 9:00 closing time but with all the out of st I drove 2.5 hours to buy my dream CPO and the only time I could get there meant cutting it close to their 9:00 closing time but with all the out of state paperwork it meant that 3 or 4 employees stayed until 10:00 to make sure I was taken care of and safely and comfortably driving home that night in my new car :) More

He welcomed me as if I was family; personable, patient, and professional and what I respected most, there was no pressure. His vast overall knowledge is impressive.
