Car purchase experience at Mercedes-Benz Silver Spring I saw a 2019 Mercedes-Benz C 300 coupe that I was interested on Silver Spring dealership’s website. Since I was attending a conference in the area, I I saw a 2019 Mercedes-Benz C 300 coupe that I was interested on Silver Spring dealership’s website. Since I was attending a conference in the area, I set up an appointment with Internet sales manger to see the car. But when I got there, the manger already left and I was not assigned to a specific sales person. Chevist came to me and offered to help. He took me to test drive the car and showed me the features of the car in a great detail. I appreciated his professionalism very much. I came to the next day and perchased the car. More

MB NEW AMG GLE 43 C4 Great experience with Chevist Mitchell. Came in to test drive and driving out with a new 2019 GLE AMG 43 coupe. He made it really easy and relaxed a Great experience with Chevist Mitchell. Came in to test drive and driving out with a new 2019 GLE AMG 43 coupe. The best sales experience I’ve ever encountered! I am still impressed with not only Mercedes customer service but Mr. Chevist Mitchell’s ability to go above and beyond for his clients - me :) ! The first day I went in to view two vehicles, I did not feel pressured nor did I feel as if he was just trying to get a sale. Mr. Mitchell was very patient and listened to all of the concerns that I had and was able to give me sound advice. I actually visited two additional times just to ask more questions to ensure that I made the right decision for me. By this being my first Mercedes, I had all types of questions that he was happy to answer. The Journey's End I had been prepping to purchase a new-to-me vehicle for several months by doing research and talking with friends and family. After test driving multi I had been prepping to purchase a new-to-me vehicle for several months by doing research and talking with friends and family. After test driving multiple competing models (and my old car breaking down), I upgraded from my '99 E-Class to a '16 C-Class. Having been to upwards of 10 dealerships in my car buying journey, I was incredibly impressed with Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring. The level of customer service not only met but exceeded my expectations. I worked with Chevist Mitchell through the test drive and buying process. His attention to detail of explaining the vehicle's features, and service-driven attitude made my overall experience a dream. Dorit in Finance was also extremely helpful in answering questions. Her humerous and fun-loving personality proved to me that the dealership as a whole had the highest levels of customer service ingrained into it. From the first time I walked in until I drove away, I felt like not just a customer, but a member of the family. More
