3 hours to buy a car is ridiculous. I showed up with a cashiers check for the car I wanted and all that had to be done was me trading in my car which you already told me what my trade I showed up with a cashiers check for the car I wanted and all that had to be done was me trading in my car which you already told me what my trade in would be worth. This was a slam dunk. Everyone at your place was nice but 3 hours is unacceptable. I told you what time I would be there and I was right on time. I traveled 120 miles and it took me 3 hours to get to you. Then I wait another 3 hours and then another 3 and 1/2 miles back home. I have bought many cars in my day and this was by far the longest it has ever taken. Sorry if this e mail is not a pleasant one but I was very pissed to be in your showroom for 3 hours. It was actually 3:15 minutes to be exact. More

I intentionally waited less than a week for a specific vehicke to arrive even though Dana has inventory when others do not. Fonsi was smart to warn me that the Ford financing programs might change by the vehicke to arrive even though Dana has inventory when others do not. Fonsi was smart to warn me that the Ford financing programs might change by the next day, a new month. And they did. But by warning me he took the sting out. He personally delivered the vehicle to my home and picked up my trade. After signing forms online with Ching in Finance, the number of forms to sign upon physical delivery was modest. Thanks Dana, Fonsi and Ching. More
