Very happy!!! I got in early in the morning and with in an hour they determined that the parts that needed to be replaced had to be ordered and provided me with a s I got in early in the morning and with in an hour they determined that the parts that needed to be replaced had to be ordered and provided me with a service rental so l did not have to stay. I was called the next day when my car was ready. Chip was on top of everything! I was in and out quickly! Also I did not owe a penny, everything was covered under the extended warranty. The awesome thing is that they looked up my warranty and told me it was covered in a few minutes. There was no run around calling and checking to see if it was covered and no waiting for approval. Glad I bought that extended warranty when l bought my used car from Newton. More
