Helpful service I recently went into the dealership for an oil change with a replacement filter. I was immediately met by Chip Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable I recently went into the dealership for an oil change with a replacement filter. I was immediately met by Chip Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. However after the evaluation of all the parts of my car, he had to tell me that I needed over $700.00 dollars worth of brake service. I knew that he was right, but could not pay that amount. He worked with me to find a solution to getting the brakes replaced with a 60 day same as cash loan. This worked for me. The next morning when I arrived, he was ready to get my car taken care of immediately. I appreciated the care, the effort and concern for my needs. He was very pleasant to work with and obviously cares about what is best for the car and customer. More
