Scheduled simple service waited for 3 hours Scheduled simple service which service rep told me shouldn’t take much time (less than an hour). Made a schedule at 8am on Saturday. To schedule at Scheduled simple service which service rep told me shouldn’t take much time (less than an hour). Made a schedule at 8am on Saturday. To schedule at this time on Saturday I had to Wait for three weeks. I was at waiting room for two hours waiting and seeing pretty much all people come and I still got no news from anyone what’s going on with my car. When I checked with a service rep he told me that calibrating keys takes 45 minutes for computer to complete and they are still working on it. I couldn’t understand why they were talking care of other people’s cars that came after me and had no appointments. Unbelievably poor service. If you are not going to follow appointment schedule then don’t schedule them for the god’s Sakes! I honestly don’t know what happened and what’s happening with this dealer. I bought my car here and recommended at least 4 other people who bought new cars from this place. NEVER AGAIN! I’M DONE WITH NEWTON NISSAN! More
