Friendly, professional, goes the extra mile I am reviewing the service encounter with Chip Smith. Upon arriving at Express service, he greeted me, checked me in, went over my maintenance needs, I am reviewing the service encounter with Chip Smith. Upon arriving at Express service, he greeted me, checked me in, went over my maintenance needs, things to look for in the future, checked for any recalls & even suggested a car wash. Top-Notch Service Advisor!! Chip Smith is a top-notch service advisor in my book. He listened to my concerns, scheduled a time for me to come in, welcomed me into the service are Chip Smith is a top-notch service advisor in my book. He listened to my concerns, scheduled a time for me to come in, welcomed me into the service area, got on the floor in the service area and looked underneath my vehicle to see if he could detect the problem. He then got in my vehicle for a ride to hear the noises coming from underneath my vehicle. Within 2-3 minutes down the road from the dealership, he was able to detect the noises I had been hearing for several weeks. We turned around and went back to service area. He wrote up it up with special notes to the mechanic who would work on my vehicle. He provided me a ride to a nearby Cracker Barrel while they diagnosed the problem. In about an hour they had found and fixed the problem. He sent a ride back to pick me up. What more can I say but THANK YOU!! More

‘98 Maxima I’ve had my wife’s G37 serviced at this dealer regularly and lately my son’s ‘97 Maxima. His car had been having some idle problems recently and I wo I’ve had my wife’s G37 serviced at this dealer regularly and lately my son’s ‘97 Maxima. His car had been having some idle problems recently and I worked with Chip to have diagnostics run. They got back with me around noon same day and finished the work in a few hours. It runs like a top now and I’m thankful to the team for taking care of it, great job! More
