Amazing Service I bought a warranty with my car at another dealership. When I had issues with my rims and needed them fixed the original dealership wouldn't return my I bought a warranty with my car at another dealership. When I had issues with my rims and needed them fixed the original dealership wouldn't return my calls or take care of the problem. They kept pushing me off. I was told they didn't do rim work at that dealer and to contact a dealer closer to me. I reached out to Newton Nissan and spoke with Chip Smith. He assured me he would help me and figure it all out. He contacted the warranty department and set everything up for me. I just had to drop my car off to them and they would handle it all. When I got my car back I couldn't have been happier! My rims looked brand new. I couldn't even tell there was any prior damage to them. Chip was very professional and cared about me as a customer. I will definitely be back to Newton for any work on my car. Thank You Chip for putting my mind at ease and taking care of my car! More

Upon arriving at Express service, he greeted me, checked me in, went over my maintenance needs, I am reviewing the service encounter with Chip Smith.
