Oil Change, Alignment and Brake repair Chip was great! I told him my concern with my truck and he had a thorough inspection and took care of the issues that were needing repair. Awesome service from Chip Smith, Service Advisor at Newton Nissan. My car had to be towed in when I lost my keys. Chip worked me in and got my car re-keyed and kept me post along the way. He was great Newton Nissan. My car had to be towed in when I lost my keys. Chip worked me in and got my car re-keyed and kept me post along the way. He was great by phone and when I finally met him for pick up. Also, the service department was clean, accommodating and I was offered drinks & snacks as well. I'd definitely recommend Newton Nissan! In the past several months I have come in for standard services as well as Service Advisor Chip Smith is fantastic when it comes to customer service. In the past several months I have come in for standard services as well as purchased tires (and had one of those tires replaced after a flat as well). Each time Chip met me at the bay door with a smile on his face. He is always professional, helpful, straight-forward, and just plain friendly. Rather than dreading to have to get my vehicle serviced I actually look forward to it because I know Chip will take care of my needs.
