Awesome service from Chip Smith, Service Advisor at Newton Nissan. My car had to be towed in when I lost my keys. Chip worked me in and got my car re-keyed and kept me post along the way. He was great Newton Nissan. My car had to be towed in when I lost my keys. Chip worked me in and got my car re-keyed and kept me post along the way. He was great by phone and when I finally met him for pick up. Also, the service department was clean, accommodating and I was offered drinks & snacks as well. I'd definitely recommend Newton Nissan! Each time Chip met me at the bay door with a smile on his face. He is always professional, helpful, straight-forward, and just plain friendly. Rather than dreading to have to get my vehicle serviced I actually look forward to it because I know Chip will take care of my needs. I always come to Newton Nissan for routine maintenance on my car. I find it convenient that an appointment isn’t necessary, and they still have my car done in a timely manner. The service department doesn’t my car. I find it convenient that an appointment isn’t necessary, and they still have my car done in a timely manner. The service department doesn’t try to push unnecessary services and helps to make sure I get the best deal. Everyone is friendly and professional, and the service dept checks in if any issues are found and after the maintenance is completed, just to go over the details. I live about 40 minutes away and will gladly make the drive any time my car needs to be serviced, because their customer service is phenomenal. More
