The people were friendly, had a nice loaner car ready, however one of the things didn’t get fixed. the seat control box kept coming loose before, and after the service it still keeps coming loose even tho however one of the things didn’t get fixed. the seat control box kept coming loose before, and after the service it still keeps coming loose even though I was assured it’s fixed. Always a pleasure bringing my car into Strongsville Alfa Romeo for service! Chris was very helpful explaining what needed done and the associated cost. Also, Kelly was very kind as I was scheduling the ap Romeo for service! Chris was very helpful explaining what needed done and the associated cost. Also, Kelly was very kind as I was scheduling the appointment. She even gave me some advice about a warning light that had come on, and I was able to clear up the issue myself with some glass cleaner and paper towels! Waiting room is nice, too! I recommend Strongsville AR to all my friends and coworkers! More
