Chris is always professional and accommodating. We accidentally had the wrong appointment time but he still worked us in even when he was slammed that Saturday morning. The service team killed it again! ! I called needing a rush brake system reset on my Stelvio. Chris not only was able to squeeze me in last minute, but did the job in half the time and ! The drive from Youngstown is long but WELL worth it when you factor in the quality of service. Thanks again Chris...you're amazing! More
