I was pretty clear on what product I was interested in, why I was interested in it, and that I would like to test drive the vehicle. Tom stayed focused on my stated interests and needs which clearly showed that he had been listening. Tom’s product knowledge was outstanding not only in his introduction of the vehicle, but right through the delivery process. Tom communicated to me how the vehicle met my stated needs. He was very professional and primarily customer centric. He ensured that I was provided with all the necessary information even the one I had missed. This kind of customer support is rarely experienced in these days. He not only ensured that I got my car of of the door on time on the day I wanted but he followed up with me for the next couple of days without any hesitation.
