He was completely professional and personable. I felt zero pressure. Mark showed me around the facility, very impressive. They truly want you to have a good experience whether you’re there to buy a car or having service done. Mark made the trade of my current car and the sale of my new car seamless. Big thanks to Mark Fitzpatrick! I was turned over to Chris Barrera to the part I dreaded the most, the signing of everything. But Chris made even that enjoyable.
