I recently returned to Mohawk Honda to purchase a certified pre-owned Honda. It was nice to work with the same salesperson I dealt with five years ago when I bought a used Kia here. Our experience with the Mohawk Honda staff (our first) was uniformly positive. Sales rep Chris was thoroughly familiar with the model we were interested in and explained the lease terms clearly, fully, an was uniformly positive. Sales rep Chris was thoroughly familiar with the model we were interested in and explained the lease terms clearly, fully, and honestly. Rob completed the closing paperwork efficiently and timely, enabling us to go home with our new vehicle the same day, saving us a 180-mile return trip. Also, Prince gave a clear, thorough explanation of the CR-V's several new-to-us tech features that a pair of tech-challenged aging Boomers actually understood. Thanks to all! More
