Johnny asked all the right questions for her to decide which car was best for her. He was personable and took his time that made her very comfortable to ask questions. He carefully went over all the processes in the lease to ensure she understood what she was agreeing to. I recall there was one form that he went over until she understood it. On delivery, he spent time in the car, setting up features and explaining the options. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I would certainly recommend Johnny and the entire team that worked with us. Quick and easy, you couldn't ask for a better experience and their coffee is excellent! Honorable mention to Kerri, Seth, and Chris. Particularly Kerri who sent me reminders when her first lease was due to expire. More

Faith restored I had previously given Honda of Columbia a glowing review. A week after purchasing a 2008 Cadillac, that I paid for with cash, I was told by my mechan I had previously given Honda of Columbia a glowing review. A week after purchasing a 2008 Cadillac, that I paid for with cash, I was told by my mechanic that I had not only a $500 repair but that the vehicle had been manipulated to hide the fact that this repair was needed. I was told by Honda of Columbia that the vehicle was traded in by an elderly couple, which leads me to believe that the manipulation was done by them. The rear end bushing had been filled with RTV (as explained by my mechanic). I waited several days for this car to be inspected by them and was told with no uncertainty that this vehicle was thoroughly inspected and given their seal of approval. As the title says BUYER'S BEWARE. More

They gave me a price which we agreed on, they stuck to the price and didn't try and raise the price and the business experience was like it was supposed to be. Everybody kept their word. I got the color and accessories I wanted...they listened to me and me and my wife are very happy with the whole buying experience. Chris Burns assisted as well, and Jeff Joseph handled the final details. Adrian possesses a customer centric mindset when handling transactions; at a couple of points he made it clear his job was to make sure I got into the vehicle that I wanted, whether it be a downgrade or an upgrade. He made the process pain free and easy. The overall process saw no hidden fees - everything was given and explained up front. The trade in process was easy and fair as well. This car buying experience was very different & POSITIVE. Our Salesman was Adrian Nedelea and he was awesome, respectful, hospitable, courteous & had great customer service. He was very knowledgeable of the car he sold us "2012 Honda Accord SE" and was very honest throughout the whole process. Afterwards, we had the pleasure of working with Jeff Joseph and he too possessed the same qualities as Adrian while sealing the deal. He had my husband and I laughing quite a bit while tying things up. A few days prior, we had the pleasure of speaking with the sales manager Chris Burns who assisted us in Adrian's absence. He too was very helpful and courteous to us. This is how the experience should always go. I will definitely keep this dealership in mind when purchasing another car in a few years.
