Nice, helpful, not pushy, great cars We've bought three cars from Chris Burns since 2003, so when we found out he was one of the head sales guys at Honda of Columbia, we knew we wanted to We've bought three cars from Chris Burns since 2003, so when we found out he was one of the head sales guys at Honda of Columbia, we knew we wanted to give that dealership a shot. I contacted him via email first. He remembered me and asked about the family, and he was straight-up about their pricing and stuff, without a bunch of "come in and we can talk" sort of mess. When we got there, Allen Elmore was the sales associate we worked with. He was nice and not pushy, showed me our options, and took me on a test drive. The next day we worked out a deal that we were happy with very easily (on the EX instead of the LX we'd driven the day before). Steve Conti in the finance department was good to work with as well. I know how buying new cars goes now (this is my fourth since 2003); you usually have a big headache at the end of the day, and no matter what you try, the dealer is going to make their money one way or another. But this experience was very satisfying, and we got a great car ('17 Civic EX) at a good price, at 0% for 60 months with a beat-up trade-in. We'll definitely be heading back to these guys next time we're shopping. More
