Second, the lack of service when we needed to get a missing cargo cover replaced. I also had a complaint about the Heuberger Subaru finance department since I was given incorrect information when I contacted them about canceling the extended warranty. However, we have nothing but praise for Marshall Guffy. He is very honest and provided excellent customer service in helping us to cancel the contract. My husband and I will return to Heuberger Subaru because of employees like him who stand behind the reputation of this dealership! More

Antonio helped my family quickly narrow my choice and our desires to a particular vehicle in stock in minutes. The dealer didn't have our first choice color but it was on the way. Bizarre personal circumstances actually made the second choice ok. We got a fair offer for a trade-in. We closed the sale quickly. Chris from finance put on the sales pitch for the dealer extras but wasn't overly pushy. Solid sale. This was our second vehicle from here, there is very likely to be a third. I'm not loose with 5 stars, they earned them. More

Great staff, starting with Rick O'Donnell on their web portal, who was amazingly responsive, including before and after their business hours. Picked up at the Colorado Springs airport by their sales manager, Marshall Guffy, who is a great guy. The car transaction was smooth and painless, the PRICE was $3,000 less than anywhere in the Midwest, and the professionalism and kindness of their staff a nice breath of fresh mountain air! Don't buy a Subaru anywhere else, it's well worth the trip, and Colorado is beautiful. More

We had Jesenia going back and forth between colors and years, she was on her toes and really stepped up to the plate. Total powerhouse all around! Jesenia kept that personal connection throughout and was extremely informative. What I found extremely impressive was her attention to detail and humility throughout the process. She was a wealth of knowledge and If there was something she didn’t know she was quick to find the answer. Chris (Sales Manager) was awesome! It’s not too often you have a sales manager take time to help program someone’s smart phone app and even let us drive his own demo car. Side note, you HAVE to get the app (to surprise your wife with flowers... thanks Chris). The team has a great leader for sure! Buzz helped guide us through our financial options like no one else! He explained all our warranty option and put up with all my “but what if” questions. He was extremely patient and went back to the drawing board several times until we had something well tailored to our needs! We were waffling back and forth between a couple of different models with different features. He provided information and insight but NOT pressure, which was appreciated. Sometimes, car buying experiences leave you with a horrible taste in your mouth and taint the car. But not in this case. Heuberger is a busy place. After our initial look that their cars, we made an appointment to come back at a less busy time to finish the deal and paperwork. I would recommend the Crosstrek, Hueuberger, and Keith. More
