Interested in a pre owned GMC Terrain we visited CT & from the moment we walked through the door this experience was top notch & quite pleasant. His knowledge of the dealership & its commitment to earning 5 star customer service & providing quality new & pre owned products had us convinced we were in the right place. I learned more about Toyota & their hybrid line that fact is I'm pretty sure that type of vehicle will be a serious future consideration. But for now I'm now a proud owner of that pre owned Terrain Bo was exceptionally accommodating to my husband & I. His personable nature was sincere & professional. From test driving & spending time pulled over in the shade to look the vehicle over front to back. And on the following day having the car put on a lift so we could check the undercarriage & test drive it on the expressway there wasn't any request he didn't make happen. we never had to walk through the lot & deal with the sweltering weather to see the car it was brought to the door. And when I had to empty out & bid farewell to my old ride Bo put it in an air conditioned bay & then loaded the contents in my new ride. I don't buy vehicles often in fact my trade in SUV was purchased new in 2020 so its been 22 years & I'm impressed by the service I received. The facility is clean & the accommodations are lux. I will most definitely recommend Continental Toyota & especially our salesman Bo to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle & expecting a quality experience. More
