This was by far the worst service experience of my life. I did not receive updates. The application was either not functional or not updated. Repeated requests for status went unanswered. The repair exceede I did not receive updates. The application was either not functional or not updated. Repeated requests for status went unanswered. The repair exceeded the original estimate which I only knew because I was calling on a near daily basis to understand when the car would be ready. Upon trying to pick the car up, the Service attendant lost my key leading to me having to use my AirTag over the course of an hour during my workday to locate the vehicle he had left them in. This was one of the most unprofessional things I ever witnessed in car repair. I have left multiple messages with the GM that as of today have gone unanswered. More

I was constantly told nothing could be done by a previous service advisor but when I mentioned it in passing when dealing with a radio problem with my Charger, Chris took action and got the problem with the van radio fixed also. I had been trying to get it fixed for over 4 years and now it finally is. I can't say enough good things about Chris and the service he provided, dealing with both my vehicles at once, working around my travel schedule, getting everything done efficiently and quickly, even with a small hiccup. He is absolutely amazing!!!! More
